Do I need to be home during the cleaning process?

It's not necessary for you to be home, as long as our trusted cleaning team has access to the areas that need servicing. We aim to complete the cleaning efficiently and securely, whether you’re present or not.

What is Pure Water Cleaning?

Pure water cleaning is generally used for cleaning glass such as windows, fames, house faucets and conservatories. The term Pure Water in window cleaning describes ordinary tap water that has been filtered through a purification system, to remove all the natural minerals. The benefit of this is that pure water dries to leave a completely crystal clear finish. When applied to window cleaning using pure water means that there is no need to squeegee the water from the window and it can be left wet.

What is High Pressure Cold Water Washing?

Our high pressure washers jet water at over 4000psi. this method of cleaning is used to remove tough dirt and stains from hard surfaces such as concrete, brick, stone and tarmac.

What is Low Pressure High Temperature Washing?

Water is heated to between 60 and 150 degrees before being aplied at low pressure, approximately 1500-1800psi. The low pressure hot water jet does not damage delicate surfaces whilst super heated water gently removes dirt, grime and other unwated contaminants. Super heated water (steam) is an effective way of removing unwanted algae and other organic growth without the need for chemicals or high pressure that might otherwise cause damage to delicate surfaces.

Who supplies the water for cleaning?

Water is normally taken from the customers water supply on site. We carry a wide selection of connectors and hoses to enable our equipment to connect to your water supply.

What if i have no water at my property or low water pressure?

We are able to supply the water for the cleaning of properties with with no or low water pressure. We are able to supply water to properties with low or no water access, and to properties in remote locations.

How do you price the work?

All of our quotations are given on a case by case basis. We offer a price quote guarantee which means that there are no additional hidden fees or charges. Quotations will take into account any access restrictions, the availability of water and drainage, the level of contamination or growth to be removed and any requirement for chemical treatments.

Is a deposit required? 

Deposits may be required to cover any pre-work, chemical or transport costs and will be removed from the final bill.  

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

Our preferred method of payment is Cash or Bank Transfer. Alternatively we can accept payment online via Debit or Credit card at no extra cost. Payment is due no later than Ten days after the work has been completed​​.
